Changing the conventional black-and-white looks of the command prompt and would like to paint it different?

1. On any open instance.
2. Click on the control icon (top left of the window).
3. Choose Properties.
This changes here apply only to the current window. If you choose Defaults, then the settings you have made currently would then be saved for future instances except the current one.
